Our founders saw an opportunity to create an outcome focused practice built on deep technical expertise, commercial awareness, and genuine client partnership. Today, we work with some of the UK's leading asset managers, corporate occupiers, and institutional landlords, delivering complex projects and high-stakes advisory work.

Founded in 2024, Venant is the culmination of a partnership nearly two decades in the making. Co-founders Gavin Scriven and Anthony Fallon first met at university in 2010, building a long-standing relationship defined by consistency, clarity and execution.
With offices across Birmingham, Bristol, Exeter and Truro, Venant delivers senior- led expertise through a disciplined, client-focused operating model, strengthened by a team working to the same benchmark.
Venant is derived from the names of our founders, creating a single identity built on experience, trusted advice and delivering the best possible outcome for every client.
